Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Pitaya has several benefits to the body. It has few calories and is rich in fiber, being an excellent ally for those who want to lose weight. Due to its antioxidant power pitaya protects the body cells.

Ingredients:

1 pink pitaya in frozen pieces
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup light Greek yogurt or vegetable drink (coconut, almond, cashew)

Preparation:

Add the pitaya, bananas and strawberries in a blender. Add the yogurt or vegetable drink gradually, until you get a creamy and firm consistency. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the toppings you like the most.
