Pumpkin Cupcake Recipe


Between the sunset of October 31 and November 1, it is Halloween. To celebrate properly, you can't miss a pumpkin.


1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

2. Prepare the shape of the cupcakes with the paper cups.

3. Put the flour, sugar, brown sugar, yeast, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, anise and salt in a container and mix.

4. Add the eggs and butter and mix until everything is smooth.

5. Add the pumpkin puree and stir gently with a spatula, making movements from bottom to top, until the dough is homogeneous.

6. Fill 2/3 of the capacity of each cupcake pan with the dough.

7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and fluffy.

8. Take it out of the pan and let it cool.
